How quickly can you collect my parcel?
For urgent same-day bookings within Oxfordshire, we aim to have a driver at your collection address within 15 to 60 minutes of payment confirmation. For pre-booked or contract runs, we will arrive precisely at the scheduled time.
Do you deliver outside of Oxfordshire?
Yes. While our primary dispatch hub is located in Oxfordshire for rapid collections, we deliver nationwide. We can take your parcels directly from Oxford to London, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, or any other UK destination.
Will my items be sharing a vehicle with other deliveries?
Not for our Same Day Express service. When you choose Same Day, you are booking a dedicated vehicle. Your items go straight from collection to delivery without routing through depots or mixing with other clients' loads, ensuring maximum security and speed.
Are my items insured during transit?
Absolutely. We cater for all consignment values, ensuring your goods are covered to meet their exact needs. Whether you are shipping a laptop or high-value jewellery, we arrange appropriate Goods in Transit coverage prior to dispatch.
How do I pay for my booking?
We accept secure card payments online or over the phone for one-off shipments. For regular corporate clients, we offer 30-day credit accounts, subject to credit checks. Once your account is set up, we invoice you monthly.
